Description
This chickpea flour is mixed with water to make tempura-like fritters. You can also use the batter to dip potatoes, onions, eggplant or cauliflower to make vegetable fritters. Serve with condiments such as Coriander and Tamarind Chutney.
Ingredients:
Chick pea flour, Salt, Red chilli powder, Ajwain powder, Cumin seed powder, Raising agent (Sodium bicarbonate E500 (ii)) and Asafoetida.
