Description
Chinese style Paneer in Spicy and Tangy Sauce
Makes: 200g
Ingredients Required:
200g Paneer
1 Capsicum
1 Onion
Recipe:
Wash 1 kg meat and strain till excess water is drained. Heat 5 tbsp mustard oil in a pressure cooker to smoking point, cool and heat it again. Put meat in the pressure cooker, close the lid and cook on high heat until first whistle. Now, simmer the meat for 5 minutes with the lid closed. Once the steam is released from the pressure cooker, add 50g Nimkish Achari Gosht Masala and 500g beaten curd and mix well. Now turn the stove on and cook the meat on high heat, continuously stirring till it boils. Then, cook on low heat until oil separates. Garnish with fresh coriander.
For gravy add 1 cup water to the cooker and cook till the gravy is thick. Serve with naan, chapatti or rice.
