Description
Cottage cheese in smooth buttery sauce
Makes: 200g paneer
Ingredients Required:
200g paneer / cottage cheese
2 tomatoes (100g)
1/2 cup milk
4 tbsp cream/malai
2 tbsp butter
Recipe:
In a kadai, heat 2 tbsp oil and sauté 2 crushed tomatoes (100g) with 30g Nimkish Paneer Butter Masala until oil separates. Now, put ½ cup milk along with 4 tbsp cream/beaten malai and continue stirring till it boils. Then, add 200g paneer cubes and 2 tbsp butter and let it simmer for 4-5 minutes or until gravy is thick. Garnish with coriander and serve with naan or chapatti.
