The company endeavors to provide the best quality vegetables and groceries every single time you order with us.

Fresh vegetables orders will only dispatch or deliver (Dublin and surrounding Areas) on Wednesday. In case of Bank Holiday in UK fresh vegetable orders could be delay by one day.

The company (ShopG) ensures all orders are packaged fresh. The company is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any rotten vegetables after order dispatch in case of delay in delivery for perishable items.

The company has A NO REFUND POLICY for in case of any issue with vegetables, if proven faulty during delivery after dispatch. The company is not liable for a refund and will not bear any charges for it.

The company does not accept responsibility or costs incurred for deliveries where the recipient has NOT initiated or has delayed contact with the driver for any reason.

The company operates a policy of next day delivery. Notwithstanding that if delayed or failed to deliver order (any goods) promptly the recipient shall be bound to accept delivery and to pay for the order in full provided that the delivery shall be tendered.

The company shall not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, tempest or other event beyond the reasonable control of the company.

Order after Delivery

Please check all products expiry date before using them. If you have any issue please contact us within 2 days.

Return and Refund Policy

# Please double check your order before you make payment. Due to hygienic reasons, food products will not change or return.

# We don’t give any refund if you have opened and used the product.

# You must take good care of the items while they’re in your possession; they must be returned to us in a sell-able condition. It is your responsibility to return the items to us, or to arrange collection of larger items. This needs to be done promptly at your cost.

# Amount will be refund on ShopG Wallet on Mobile App. You can use this amount in your next Shopping.

SHOPG reserves the right to change or update this policy at any time. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to the Site.
